Bank of America reported that its AI-driven solutions and digital tools powered approximately 30 billion client interactions last year, a 14% year-over-year increase. Digital logins reached 16.6 billion, up 15%, while alert notifications totaled 13.3 billion with more than 38 million subscribers. Client satisfaction with digital experiences hit an all-time high, with 86% rating their experience 9 out of 10.
The bank’s AI virtual assistant Erica facilitated nearly 700 million interactions among 20.6 million users, surpassing 3.2 billion total interactions since its 2018 launch. Zelle adoption expanded to 25 million active users, processing 1.8 billion transactions worth $556 billion in 2025. Small business clients alone sent and received over 200 million Zelle payments totaling $126 billion.
CashPro, the bank’s corporate payment platform, recorded $1.2 trillion in mobile payment approvals, equivalent to $38,000 per second. The bank’s Life Plan financial goal-setting tool has created 21.5 million plans since 2020, with participating clients growing assets by over $211 billion. Bank of America received more than 300 digital leadership awards, including top rankings from J.D. Power and Keynova Group.
