Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America has been named one of the 2026 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere, marking the seventh consecutive year the insurer has received the distinction. The 2026 list recognized 138 honorees across 17 countries and 40 industries.
CEO Jasmine Jirele said that integrity and ethical conduct continue to guide the company’s operations, emphasizing that shared values and high standards support both cultural trust and business performance. Ethisphere’s methodology evaluates more than 240 data points spanning corporate governance, compliance resourcing, training, risk assessment, investigations, and third-party risk management.
Erica Salmon Byrne of Ethisphere noted that companies with strong ethics, compliance, and governance programs tend to deliver better long-term performance. Allianz Life said its ethical framework underpins sustainable practices focused on responsible investing, equity, and long-term stakeholder well-being.
