Mercor uses Stripe Connect to manage onboarding, verify professionals, process global payouts, and maintain compliance across regions. The company also uses Stripe’s Instant Payouts to give professionals faster access to their earnings, with funds landing in bank accounts within seconds, including on weekends and holidays.
The partnership illustrates growing demand for financial infrastructure capable of supporting AI-driven talent marketplaces that operate across borders and require real-time payment capabilities.
