MetLife Investment Management (MIM) originated approximately $26 billion in private fixed income transactions for clients in 2025, growing total assets under management on its private fixed income platform to $144.7 billion as of December 31, 2025. The platform spans private corporate and infrastructure debt, private asset-based finance, residential whole loans, single family rental financing, and sustainable and transition finance.
Residential credit was a particular area of strength, with MIM deploying $8.9 billion in 2025 and reinforcing its leadership in origination and portfolio management of residential loans and single-family rental debt. With over 150 years of investment experience, MIM manages $741.7 billion in total assets following its December 2025 acquisition of PineBridge Investments.
