Bank of America has named Olena Lifset as its new Oklahoma City market president, succeeding Tony Shinn, who is retiring after two decades with the organization. As market president, Lifset will integrate clients and employees with the company’s full service offerings while driving expansion across eight business lines.
Lifset brings nearly 25 years of commercial banking, capital markets, and consulting experience. She currently manages a commercial banking team serving mid-market companies across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. CEO Brian Moynihan said “Olena’s established leadership and experience will ensure we’re delivering on our responsible growth strategy.”
Originally from Ukraine, Lifset holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College. She is a CFA charter holder and serves on the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board. She was recognized in 2025 on Oklahoma City’s Journal Record Power List for Women in Accounting, Banking and Finance.
